Keiko Matsui Opens DC’s Annual Cherry Blossom Festival, First Appearance since Returning from her Earthquake Ravaged Homeland Tokyo

Keiko Matsui was in Tokyo visiting family during the deadly tsunami and earthquake on March 11. Matsui is grateful to be alive and for the global support for her homeland.
